Sunshine and cool breeze, we're crossing our fingers that this spring weather is here to stay!

It's always uplifting to see so much flora and green popping up, we wanted to share some DIY planting ideas using recycled items! Now is the time to use those green thumbs and grow something beautiful!

Spring is Coming

April is just around the corner but April showers have already begun!

We all know Spring is the season for renewal and with patience we'll all be frolicking through blooming gardens and taking cat naps on freshly grown grass.

In anticipation for our favorite season of the year, we have lots of new Spring items here at Commune.

April is the month to start planning and preparing for your garden!

Whether you grow your own plants and vegetables, or reap the culinary benefits off of those who do, we can all appreciate Spring harvest.  

New ‘Dandelion Wishes’ and ‘Extra Special Delivery’ journals from Chronicle Books are a charming way to remember all your special days.

Botanical splendors

It's that time of the year when -  if you live in a big city - you should plan your trip your local botanical garden.

This month the Brooklyn Botanic Garden opened the annual Orchid show with on display some mesmerizing vertical gardens
 created by French botanist Patrick Blanc.

But of course, we equally love the permanent dwellers of the Brooklyn botanic garden:  The cherry blossoms, alpine flowers, azaleas, waterlilies and lotus flowers.  Just breathtaking.
